Results from meeting March 24th, 2020 regarding COVID-19.
The Alano Club is open.
1. Until the Arizona governor or Cottonwood city mayor issues proclamation of quarantine. Or other Proclamations that would affect are a closure.
2. The coffee pots and coffee cups have been put up for the duration of the Coronavirus. BYOC.
3. More disinfectant cleaners, hand soap, and paper towels were purchased today but are in limited supply.
4. I would like to thank all the board members who contributed their support and resources for this meeting.
5. I would also like to mention all the VVAC members who attended this meeting thank you for your support.
